EXCELLENT !!!! very easy and pleasant transaction. Car was presented very well with a high level of attention to detail, better than most main dealers. Because the car had already had all prep work done we were able to take it away there and then which was perfect for us. JC Motors were, polite, professional and knowledgeable and ensured we went away with no outstanding questions. All of our needs were met and expectations surpassed....we even opted for the extended warranty. 5 STAR SERVICE !!!
Turned up at agreed time and car was outside and ready as promised. Really clean and tidy and looked amazing. I got to see all the work that had been carried out including the invoices which gave me a great deal of peace of mind. Took the car away there and then, paper work sorted in no time and i left with no reservations or questions unanswered. Very Very Happy and will recommend to all my friends and family. As soon as we spotted the car on AutoTrader we rang JC Motors and set off to view it. They were expecting us, and took us for a test drive. We were very impressed with the vehicle and there was no doubt in our mind that this was the car for us. The transaction was carried out very smoothly and we left feeling very pleased with our purchase. We had every confidence in the seller and his ability to answer all our questions. At no point in the transaction did we feel under pressure, and within 48 hours the deal was completed.
